2 For example, one should substitute [∫] for [3] (p. 36, 1. 20), F1 for F2 (p. 45, 1. 1), non-voisées for voisés; sourdes for sonores (p. 69, 11. 1, 7), [y] for [ɥ] (p. 70, 1. 26), ôter for ôté (p. 99, 1. 24), among others. One may also wish to quibble with certain phonetic transcriptions (e.g., the English sentence on p. 97 or the general decision to represent the front unrounded nasal vowel as rather than [ǣ]).
