In the original publication of “A prospective evaluation of the availability and utility of the Ambulance Call Record in the emergency department,” author Shelley McLeod’s hospital affiliation, the Schwartz/Reisman Emergency Medicine Institute at Mount Sinai Hospital, was incorrectly listed as being in New York. Dr. McLeod is in fact affiliated with Mount Sinai Hospital in Toronto, Ontario.

The publisher regrets this error.
