The Scale Insects of the Canadian Arctic (Homoptera: Coccoidea)1

Abstract

Two new species of scale insects are described. These are the only scale insects known to occur in the Canadian Arctic. One is a species of Pulvinaria Targ. and one a species of Pseudococcus Westw.; both genera are known to occur in Greenland.
