Abstract

A new species of the genus Quedius Stephens, Q. repens spec, nov., is described from Oregon. It belongs to the Limbifer-group and represents the third species of this species group known from the Pacific coast area.

Additional data on taxonomy, bionomics, and geographical distribution of many species are presented.

Résumé

L’auteur décrit une nouvelle espèce du genre Quedius Stephens, Q. repens spec, nov., de l’Oregon. Elle appartient au groupe de Q. limbifer et représente la troisième espèce connue de ce groupe en provenance de la région de la côte du Pacifique. L’ouvrage présente des données additionnelles sur la taxonomie, la bionomie et la distribution géographique de plusieurs espèces.
