Extract

♀.—Length slightly over 3 mm.; antennæ pale brown, 2 + 15 jointed, the first two joints darkened; eyes united on vertex; thorax reddishbrown, dorsally shining, naked, with four very thin longitudinal bands of hairs; femora pale brown, tibiæ and tarsi darker; wings well fringed with hairs; abdomen nearly naked, bright red, ovipositor and a dorsal apical patch white; ovipositor moderately long.
