FIRST RECORD OF THRIPOCTENOIDES FROM NORTH AMERICA, WITH DESCRIPTION OF A NEW SPECIES (HYMENOPTERA: EULOPHIDAE)

Abstract

The genus Thripoctenoides (subfamily Entedontinae: Eulophidae) is recorded from North America for the first time, and Thripoctenoides kaulbarsi, new species, is described.

Résumé

L’auteur décrit le genre Thripoctenoides (sous-famille Entedontinae : Eulophidae) pour la première fois en Amérique du nord, et la nouvelle espèce Thripoctenoides kaulbarsi (localité typique Ontario, Riceville).
