Extract

Black, thorax thinly pollinose; pleura black haired, squamae white. Length 12 to 13.5 mm.

Male. Face and cheeks yellow; head white pollinose; hair black; occipital pile yellowish. Front as wide as either eye, the vitta rusty reddish. Palpi and basal two antennal segments reddish; third antennal segment black, convex above, shorter than second ; penultimate aristal segment elongate, the preceding segment only about one and a half times as long as wide.
