In Memoriam
John Ruggie
1944-2021
Soon after this special issue went to print, and after the UN Human Rights Council commemorated the 10th anniversary of the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, Professor John Ruggie, the architect of the Guiding Principles passed away. The journal is honored to publish one of Professor Ruggie's last scholarly contributions in the field of business and human rights, and to publish this special issue which reflects diverse viewpoints on the progression of business and human rights after a decade of the UN Guiding Principles.
