Abstract

A cyclotomic polynomial $\Phi(z)$ is said to be of order 3 if $n=pqr$ for three distinct odd primes $p$, $q$, and $r$. We establish the existence of an infinite family of such polynomials whose coefficients do not exceed 1 in modulus.
