Several errors were made in the original published article. Two co-author names were presented incorrectly - K. H. Elliott and K.-O. Jacobsen. In addition, the affiliations for co-authors Natalia Sokolova, Tomas Aarvak, Ingar Jostein Øien and Karl-Otto Jacobsen were incorrectly recorded. Finally, funding information for the Norwegian Environment Agency/Norwegian Ministry of Climate and Environment was omitted.

The above errors have now been corrected in the article online.
