Abstract

This paper describes the establishment and scope of a new co-operative cataloguing venture involving the Library of Congress, Worldwide Books and the Boston Public Library, with the aim of increasing the number of catalogue records for exhibition catalogues which may be shared by other libraries. It is the revised version of a paper delivered to the ARLIS/UK & Eire Annual Conference in Bristol, April 1985.
