XII.—On some Chinese Rolls with Buddhist legends and representations

Extract
On the 17th May, 1877, Mr. Rendle exhibited to the Society a curious Chinese roll, illustrating Buddhist mythology, and dated in a cyclical year corresponding to A.D. 1631, in illustration of which I exhibited another roll of the same subject.
