Report about some observations with special concordance in 4 pairs of identical twins with kidney-stones, one pair of especialy concordant allergies, hyperthyreosis and cystical-glandular hyperplastic uterus and a pair of identical twin sisters, on-concordant congenital dislocation of the hip, resistant to all therapeutic essays.

The especially concordance of the demonstrated twins is to be explained, that in the cases observed by the author is to suppose a stronger effect of chief gens and a lower manner of modifying by side gens or exogen ly ten years old, with particulary factors than in the ordinary states of twins with corresponding hereditary diseases.

A finally demonstrated pair of non identicaly twin brothers with same deformities of the knees and same clinical symptoms) directs, that beside the same genotypus also the same exposition may realize especially twin concordances.

Es wird über einige Beobachtungen mit besonderen Konkordanzen bei 4 erbgleichen Zwillingspaaren mit Nierensteinen, bei einem Zwillingspaar mit besonders konkordanten Allergosen, Hyperthyreose und cystisch-glandulärer Hyperplasie und bei einem erst 10 Jahre alten Schwesternpaar mit besonders konkordanter doppelseitiger Hüftgelenksdysplasie mit therapieresistentem Verlauf berichtet. Die besondere Konkordanz der vorgestellten EZ-Paare findet ihre Erklärung darin, dass in den beobachteten Fällen eine stärkere Hauptgenwirkung und geringere Modifizierbarkeit durch Nebengene oder äussere Ereignisse vorliegt als in der íMehrzahl der durchschnittlichen Zwillingsbefunde mit entsprechenden krankhaften Veränderungen.

Ein zuletzt vorgestelltes, erbverschiedenes Zwillingspaar (ZZ-Brüder) mit zeitlich und gradmässig gleichartigen Kniegelenkserscheinungen bei Fehlform des Gelenkspaltes, dessen jüngerer Bruder gleiche Symptome zeigt, weist darauf hin, dass neben dem gleichen Genotypus auch die gleiche Exposition zu besonderen Zwillingskonkordanzen führen kann.

Le osservazioni riguardano le particolari concordanze rilevate in quattro coppie di gemelli MZ affetti da calcoli renali, nonché una coppia di gemelli studiati in rapporto alle affezioni allergiche da ipertireosi e iperplasia cistico-ghiandolare dell'utero, come pure altra coppia di gemelle di 10 anni, con una lussazione congenita dell'anca molto concordante e resistente al trattamento.

La concordanza particolare osservata nei gemelli MZ può essere spiegata ammettendo nei casi in questione un'effetto preponderante dei geni principali e una modificazione dovuta a geni accessori o a fattori esterni come avviene comunemente nelle malattie ereditarie corrispondenti in gemelli normali.

Infine una coppia di gemelli DZ con deformazioni del ginocchio (un fratello più giovane presenta le stesse anomalie) mostra come le concordanze particolari dei gemelli possono risultare dallo stesso genotipo ovvero dalla stessa esposizione.

Rapport de quelques observations avec des concordances particulières en quatres couples de jumeaux MZ soyent saisis des calculs rénals, un couple de jumeaux avec des concordances particulières en diverses maladies allergiques, hyperthyreose et hyperplasie cistique-glandulaire de la matrice et d'un couple de jumelles, seulemente dix années, avec une luxation congénitale de la hanche extrèmement concordante et résistente au traitement.

La concordance particulière des jumeaux MZ demonstrée peut être expliquée, que dans les cas observés il y a un effect plus grand des gènes cardinaux et une modification plus petite par des gènes accessoires ou par des événements extérieurs comme dans la majorité des constations jumales (elles) ordinaires avec des maladies héréditaires analogues.

Un couple de jumeaux DZ demontre à la fin avec des déviations de la forme des genoux (un frère plus jeune montrait des mêmes symptomes) indique que les concordances particulières des jumeaux peuvent résulter par la même génotipe comme par la même exposition.
