The Authors from the examination of a group of pedigrees belonging to subjects with allergopathies conclude that in their observations allergopathies behave like monomeric dominant forms with little penetrance. Afterwards they propose an explanation of the relative excess of sick persons in the discordant marriages and of the remarkable incidence of pollinosis.
