1 As a case In point may be cited the conclusion of the Sino-North Vietnamese Agreement of April 12, 1957, replacing the Nationalist Chinese-French Agreement of February 28, 1946. Significantly omitted from the new agreement was an unreciprocated right for China to create a special zone in Hanoi with the necessary warehousing and docking facilities under its exclusive customs jurisdiction.
