1 In fact since the energy crisis there has been another one which could be added: it has not yet been clearly established in international transport, but for domestic air transport, the Bill submitted to Congress in January 1976 to amend the Federal Aviation Act of 1958 is certainly a sign of a new trend towards deregulation. This book helps clarify the present position.
