3 A few cases of possible current interest are herewith reported prior to their printing in the advance sheets. U. S. Law Week ordinarily prints excerpts taken from mimeograph copies of opinions as first delivered in court. Occasionally judges make modifications in their opinions after delivery but before printing in the advance sheets of the National Reporting System. Nonetheless, delays now noticed in advance sheet prints, coupled with the long lag between the Editor’s deadline and the printing of the Journal, suggest need for an occasional report based on sources less than entirely complete and entirely final.
