Olanzapine metabolism by CYP1A2/CYP2D6 and hyperglycaemia

Abstract

The relationship between olanzapine metabolism by CYP1A2/CYP2D6 and hyperglycaemia was investigated. The higher blood olanzapine concentration may be effected by the abnormal metabolism, but not always caused by hyperglycaemia.
