High Power Laser Science and Engineering was formed in 2013 as a joint venture between Cambridge University Press (CUP), Cambridge, UK and Chinese Laser Press (CLP), Shanghai, China. Under the stewardship of Editors-in-Chief from both China and the UK the journal has established itself as an internationally recognised publication.
