What is a smart city?
A smart city uses advanced technologies, such as the Internet of Things (IoT), artificial intelligence (AI), and big data analytics, to improve the quality of life of its citizens, enhance sustainability, and optimize the use of resources. The goal of a smart city is to use data and technology to make urban life more efficient, convenient, and sustainable. Examples of smart cities include:

- Intelligent energy grids
- Connected public transportation systems
