Die Sabbati vicesimo secundo die mensis Augusti anno Domini 1702 in domo capitulari infra ecclesiam cathedralem et metropoliticam Beati Petri Eboracensis inter horas octavam et duodecimam ante meridiem eiusdem diei coram venerabilibus viris Iacobo Fall sacrae theologiae professore et Gulielmo Stainforth sacrae theologiae professore, domini archiepiscopi Eboracensis commissionariis legitime fulcitis in praesentia mei Thomae Empson notarii publici. Quo die publice perlecto brevi regio pro prorogatione convocationis praedictae gerentis datae apud Westmonasterium sexto die Augusti praedicti et perventientis ad manus dicti reverendissimi patris vicesimo primo die Augusti praedicti commissionarii eandem convocationem continuaverunt et prorogaverunt iuxta tenorem et effectum schedulae sequentis per eos tune et ibidem lectae.
