Istradefylline (8-[(1E)-2-(3,4-dimethoxyphenyl)ethenyl]-1,3-dethyl-7-methyl-3,7-dihydro-1H-purine-2,6-dione) is a xanthine derivative with a molecular weight of 384.4 and an empirical formula of C20H24N4O4.
