Sir.

It is his Majesties pleasure that there bee a draught drawne for his Majesties Signature of these additions and explanations to and of the Statuts of the Church of Norwich; and hath commaunded mee to give Warrant for it, which I heere doe accordingly under my hand the daie and yeare above written.
