Reverende paternitati vestre ius et consuetudo ecclesie nostre Wellen' nos excitant et inducunt. Est enim in ea reverende pater obtentum et hactenus observatum quod prebendarum quarumcumque dicte ecclesie nostre vacancium capitulum percipiat primos fructus ac prebenda de Iacton nuper vacante, in qua discretus vir et valens dominus Thomas de Trillek nepos vester prebendarius nunc existit, escaetori nostro taxacionem eiusdem iuxta constitucionem in ea parte editam acceptanti, sibique super ea satisfied a ministris dicti prebendarii pluries postulanti est expressius denegatum. Super quo reverende paternitati vestre insistimus prece nostra ut placeat vobis ministris et ballivis dicti prebendarii litteratorie precipere ad effectum ut super dicta taxacione que summam continet xxx li. escaetori nostro nostri et ecclesie nostre nomine satisfaciant ut est iuris.
