Paschalis, episcopus, servus servorum Dei. Inter venerabiles fratres, Guidonem, Viennensium, et Hugonem, Gratianopolitanum episcopos, de pago Salmoracensi, per multos annos et multis in conciliis questio ventilata est. Novissime ante presentiam nostram Lugduni in hanc concordiam, ex nostri provisione juditii, convenerunt ut ejusdem pagi ȩquam divisionem facerent, et tam Viennensi quam Gratianopolitanȩ, ȩcclesiȩ pars ejusdem divisionis vicinior redderetur. Quicquid autem in territorio infra Bornam et Isaram versus Gratianopolim constituto Viennensis archiepiscopus calumpniabatur ab omni deinceps infestatione liberum Gratianopolitanȩ ȩcclesiȩ cederet. Porro ȩcclesiam Beati Donati, quȩ infra Viennensem parrochiam continetur, cum omnibus mobilibus sive immobilibus ad eam pertinentibus, Gratianopolitanus episcopus jure proprietario possideret, et tam canonicas ipsius ȩcclesiȩ quam universa ad eam pertinentia ipse disponeret: Viennensis autem parrochiali tantum jure in clericorum et altarium consecrationibus uteretur. Pari ergo communique consensu, Salmoriacensi pagi talis est facta divisio ut undecim castella, cum ȩcclesiis et parrocbiis et totis mandamentis suis, Viennensi ȩcclesiȩ; item undecim castella, cum ȩcclesiis et parrocbiis et totis mandamentis suis, Gratianopolitanȩ ecclesiȩ dederentur.
