Aimericus de Fagia alodum Carritiacum monachis omnino liberum dimittit.

Post mortem Gaufridi comitis Andegavensis, dum ministri domni Aimerici infantis de Fagia a parte salientes in alodum nostrum, nomine Carritiacum, vicariam aliasque malas consuetudines immiserunt, rusticanos in illo hospitantes injuriaverunt. Insuper, et quod pejus est, monacho obedientiam custodienti injurias innumerabiles patraverunt, facientes credere seniori suo rectum esse quod faciebant, non reminiscentes Sanctæ Scripturæ dicentis: Os quod mentitur, occidit animam. His vero domnus abba auditis, graviter commotus, collecto fratrum consilio, petiit quid de hoc facerent. Audita fratrum consilii utilitate, ivit ad curiam supradicti principis, paratus ei demonstrare per apertam legem, nullam consuetudinem in nostro alodo habere. Sed de hac re multis verbis ab utraque parte redditis, ad hoc consilium verba vertuntur, ita loquente supradicto principe, audientibus cunctis circum sedentibus quae sequuntur:

“His etiam litteris notificari volo omnibus meis fidelibus præsentibus et absentibus atque futuris, qualiter Sanctæ Mariæ Nucariensis monasterii et locelli illius abbati, nomine Andreæ, et monachis inibi Deo nocte et die servientibus, dimitto vicariam et omnes malas consuetudines quas usque ad hanc diem tenueram, aut fuissent, aut non fuissent, in alodo supradicti coenobii, pro redimendis peccatis meis et uxoris meæ, nomine Auxendis, seu pro remedio animæ patris et matris meæ.
