The chapters in this book employ numerical partial or general equilibrium models to illustrate concepts covered in the chapters. Many of these chapter models, along with additional stylized models that extend these concepts or that otherwise integrate the concepts from a number of chapters, have been made available over the Internet for classroom use and/or for application.
