Summary
Warren Page (M.S. and Ph.D. from Polytechnic University of New York) is a Professor Emeritus of New York City College of Technology, City University of New York (CUNY). He also taught at Yeshiva University and was a Visiting Professor at Ohio State University and Baruch College of CUNY.
Professor Page was a Second Vice-President of the Mathematical Association of America and, for eighteen years, Secretary of the American Association for the Advancement of Science's mathematics section. He has also been a member of, or advisor to, the National Research Council's United States Commission on Mathematical Instruction, CUNY's Advisory Commission on Teacher Education, EDUCOM's National Center for Research to Improve Postsecondary Teaching and Learning, the National Steering Committee of Discrete Mathematics and Computer Science (DIMACS), and the Consortium for Mathematics and its Applications (COMAP) and its High School and its Mathematics Applications Project (HIGHMAP). He was a consultant and materials developer for the New York State Initiative to its Science and Technology Foundation, and an MAA consultant to the Curriculum Foundation's Workshop on Mathematics and Economics. A former Advisory Board member and judge for the Mathematical Competition in Modeling, he has recently been serving as a judge for SIAM in Moody's Mega Mathematical Competitions.
