Summary
The addition of LH (either as rLH or hMG) to an antagonist COS protocol to improve IVF outcomes is still a matter of debate. Real-world evidence does not support that LH improves the number of mature oocytes retrieved, clinical pregnancy rate, spontaneous miscarriage rate, or number and morphology of blastocysts.
