Cross-major college students often suffer from psychological anxiety due to problems such as subject change and increased learning pressure. Group counseling is considered to be an effective treatment method, but its role in the treatment of inter-professional college students’ psychological anxiety remains unclear.

100 cross-major college students were selected as research objects and randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group. The experimental group received 60 minutes of group counseling once a week for 8 weeks. The control group received no intervention. The psychological anxiety symptoms of the two groups of students were evaluated before, after and at the follow-up point by using the Baker Anxiety Self-Rating Scale and the Course Improvement Assessment Scale. SPSS23.0 software was used for statistical analysis of the data in this study.

After group counseling intervention, the psychological anxiety symptoms of the experimental group students were significantly reduced (P<0.001), and the intervention effect was significant (P<0.001). Compared with the control group, the experimental group showed significant improvement in psychological anxiety symptoms.

Group counseling has a positive effect on the healing of mental anxiety in cross-professional college students. By participating in group psychological counseling, students can get emotional support, psychological education, and skill training, which can effectively reduce psychological anxiety symptoms. Therefore, in the management of inter-professional college students’ mental health, we should attach importance to the application of group psychological counseling in order to provide more effective treatment and support.

The surge in psychological anxiety among students has become a common and important problem in the field of education, which has a negative impact on students’ study and life. In order to explore an effective way to relieve students’ psychological anxiety, the effect of online and offline mixed physical education model innovation on students’ psychological anxiety was studied.

In this study, 100 college students with psychological anxiety were selected as the experimental group, and they were taught by the online and offline mixed physical education model. Another 100 college students were selected as the control group, and they were taught by the traditional physical education model. Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HARS) was used to evaluate the psychological anxiety of the two groups of students, once a semester, a total of two semesters.

The average anxiety score at the end of the first semester was 15 in the experimental group and 18 in the control group. At the end of the second semester, the mean anxiety score was 12 for the experimental group and 20 for the control group. The anxiety of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group.

The blended online and offline physical education teaching model can provide a more flexible learning environment, increase students’ participation and enthusiasm, and thus reduce students’ psychological stress and anxiety. Therefore, schools should actively promote and apply this teaching model to provide better mental health support for students.

Psychological anxiety is becoming increasingly prominent in university education, which can have a serious negative impact on students’ learning and development. In order to effectively intervene the anxiety disorder of students, the study of the influence of college art painting education on students’ psychological anxiety from the perspective of aesthetic education psychology can play a certain auxiliary role in the treatment of anxiety disorder students.

200 college students with anxiety disorders were selected as the experimental group, who received college art and painting education, and another 200 college students were divided into the control group, who did not receive art and painting education. The Generalized Anxiety Disorder-7 (GAD-7) scale was used to evaluate the psychological anxiety of the two groups of students. The evaluation was carried out once every semester, lasting for a total of two semesters.

At the end of the first semester, the average anxiety score of the experimental group was 10, and that of the control group was 15. At the end of the second semester, the mean anxiety score was 8 for the experimental group and 18 for the control group. The anxiety of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group.

By participating in art painting activities, students can release pressure, cultivate creativity and expression ability, improve self-cognition and emotional regulation ability, and thus reduce psychological anxiety. Therefore, colleges and universities should strengthen the promotion and application of art painting education to provide better mental health support for students.

The increasingly prominent psychological anxiety of villagers in rural areas has a negative impact on their lives and well-being. It is of great significance to find effective mitigation methods. Research on the guiding effect of rural landscape design on villagers’ psychological anxiety from the perspective of design psychology can provide help for alleviating the psychological anxiety of rural residents.

In this study, 300 villagers from rural areas were selected as the experimental group among the villagers with psychological anxiety, who received teaching and appreciation of rural landscape design from the perspective of design psychology, while another 300 villagers from rural areas were selected as the control group, who did not receive relevant teaching and appreciation. The psychological Anxiety of the two groups of villagers was assessed by Beck Anxiety Inventory (BAI) once a quarter for a total of four quarters.

At the end of the first quarter, the average anxiety score was 20 in the experimental group and 25 in the control group. At the end of the fourth quarter, the average anxiety score was 12 for the experimental group and 24 for the control group. The anxiety of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group.

Rural landscape design from the perspective of design psychology can effectively guide villagers’ psychological anxiety, and improve their emotional regulation ability and satisfaction with the rural environment. Therefore, rural areas should pay attention to the humanization and psychological orientation of landscape design to provide better psychological support and living environment for villagers.

With more attention to students’ mental health, cognitive behavioral therapy and applied mathematics education reform are combined to study the impact of cognitive disorders on students’ psychological problems caused by depression, anxiety disorder, and irrational cognition.

Data processing was conducted using SPSS26.0 and Excel software to analyze the overall situation of students’ cognitive impairment in applied mathematics before and after the educational reform under cognitive behavioral therapy. The research explores the correlation between applied mathematics scores and cognitive impairment, and analyzes the impact of cognitive behavioral therapy combined with applied mathematics education reform on students’ cognitive impairment.

In the process of learning applied mathematics, students in the same grade have moderate cognitive impairment. Students who did not receive intervention treatment had a significant degree of cognitive impairment, and the correlation coefficient between applied mathematics scores and cognitive impairment was 0.991. Students who undergo cognitive behavioral therapy but do not consider the application of mathematical teaching reform have moderate cognitive impairment. Students who combine cognitive behavioral therapy with applied mathematics education reform have mild cognitive impairment. At this time, the correlation coefficient between applied mathematics scores and cognitive impairment is 0.893, with a significance level of 0.00<0.01, indicating a strong correlation.

Cognitive behavioral therapy and applied mathematics education reform have a positive impact on students’ cognitive impairment, which has good practical value for the treatment of cognitive impairment.

Psychological construction has always been a key challenge in guiding innovation and entrepreneurship among college students. The reform of practical courses for innovation and entrepreneurship education for college students aims to improve their recognition and satisfaction with innovation and entrepreneurship courses, thereby alleviating the impact of anxiety.

Taking senior college students as the research object, this study aims to involve them in the reform of practical courses for innovation and entrepreneurship education for college students. A symptom self-evaluation scale was used to conduct a follow-up survey to explore the impact of the reform of practical courses for innovation and entrepreneurship education for college students on their anxiety psychology.

The reform of the innovation and entrepreneurship education practice course for college students has a positive impact on their anxiety psychology in all aspects, and there is a positive correlation between this course reform and alleviating their mental health. The anxiety rate of students participating in the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education practical courses for college students is only 6.3%, and the distribution trend of these students’ innovation ability scores is 5.79 ± 1.78. The anxiety level of students who did not participate was 55.4%.

Through the reform of practical courses for innovation and entrepreneurship education for college students, we guide them to actively start businesses, regulate tense emotions, alleviate psychological pressure, reduce anxiety factors, and alleviate anxiety symptoms, thereby achieving psychological balance and forming a stable psychological state.

With the rapid development of higher education in China and the continuous expansion of enrollment in universities, the number of college graduates is rapidly increasing, and the employment situation is severe. Employment anxiety among college students not only affects their physical and mental health but also leads to difficulties in finding employment and social problems. In response to this situation, we aim to alleviate the employment anxiety of college students from the perspective of the development of innovation and entrepreneurship education.

Taking college students as the research object, a cross-sectional questionnaire survey method was used to explore the impact and mechanism of innovation and entrepreneurship education development on employment anxiety. The development of innovation and entrepreneurship education intervenes with high employment anxiety among college students and tests its effectiveness.

The overall employment anxiety of college students is at a moderate to high level, with a mean of 2.66 and a standard deviation of 0.63. The employment anxiety of students after innovation and entrepreneurship education was significantly lower than before intervention, P<0.001. The employment anxiety value of the post-test intervention group was significantly lower than that of the control group, with F=12.046, P<0.001.

Interventions in innovation and entrepreneurship education have a significant effect on alleviating employment anxiety among college students, and this effect can be maintained within a month.

Social anxiety disorder, as a psychological disorder, is often related to the patient’s growth experience. Smart libraries utilize the Internet and artificial intelligence to provide readers with a platform for knowledge and spatial exchange, breaking traditional interpersonal communication and providing personalized services and communication for readers with social anxiety disorders.

To study the digital management method based on smart libraries, data were collected from 150 readers with social anxiety disorder in a university’s smart library from July 2020 to July 2021, and they were divided into a control group and an experimental group for experimental analysis. We conducted tests using the Communication Anxiety Scale and the Eysenck Emotional Stability Test and analyzed the data using SPSS23.0.

After completing the collection and analysis of data related to readers with social anxiety disorder, compared to the control group, the experimental group had lower anxiety scores on the communication scale (P<0.05) and lower scores on the anxiety level self-evaluation were all below 6 points (P<0.001). The results indicate that smart libraries can alleviate readers’ social anxiety disorders.

Smart libraries reduce communication between patients, managers, and other readers through digital services, creating a more comfortable and relaxed reading space for readers with social anxiety disorders. Therefore, the development of smart libraries can effectively reduce the level of communication among readers with social anxiety disorders and build a more comfortable reading platform for them.

Bipolar disorder challenges bilingual students’ oral and written communication skills. Traditional teaching methods may need to be more effective in meeting their needs. Therefore, this study aimed to investigate the effect of online interactive business English teaching combined with English music therapy on alleviating bipolar disorder in bilingual students.

This study recruited 50 students with bipolar disorder as research subjects, and the subjects were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group. The experimental group received online interactive business English teaching combined with English music therapy for 12 weeks, while the control group only received online interactive business English teaching. A standardized communication disorder assessment scale was used to evaluate the status of the subjects before and after the intervention, and SPSS23.0 software was used for statistical analysis.

The communication ability of the experimental group was significantly improved compared with that of the control group (P<0.05). The experimental group showed enhanced verbal and written communication skills, increased knowledge of vocabulary and grammar, and improved understanding and expression of ideas. The control group also improved somewhat, but less than the experimental group.

Combining online interactive business English teaching and English music therapy can effectively alleviate bidirectional disorder in bilingual students. The inclusion of music therapy in the teaching program positively impacts oral and written communication skills, vocabulary acquisition, and overall thinking skills.

Group Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (GCBT) is the primary psychological treatment for social anxiety disorder. The core concept of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is manifested in two aspects: cognitive correction and behavioral feedback. Social Anxiety Disorder (SAD) is a chronic mental disorder with a high incidence of negative automatic thinking and negative fear.

This study conducted a controlled experiment between 50 SAD patients and 50 healthy people. Before treatment, 50 SAD patients were surveyed by psychological questionnaires, including social anxiety scale, social support scale, and parenting style questionnaire, to evaluate the thinking style, personality characteristics, and external psychosocial support of SAD patients. After GCBT treatment, SAD patients were again surveyed with a scale and questionnaire within one week to evaluate the degree of symptom improvement and cognitive change. In this study, SPSS23.0 analysis software was used for analysis.

There were significant differences in thinking style, personality characteristics, social support, and parenting style between SAD patients and the control group (P<0.05). Social anxiety (P=0.03), negative thinking (P=0.03), and fear of negation (P=0.04) were significantly lower in GCBT patients after treatment than before treatment.

GCBT treatment can change the symptoms of SAD patients in a long-term and stable manner, which is related to the changes in patients’ cognitive habits. GCBT treatment can improve the negative cognition of SAD patients to reduce their symptoms, and increasing subjective social support and reducing paternity rejection can improve the long-term prognosis of patients with social anxiety.

Conforming consumption refers to the phenomenon that individuals, influenced by the behavior of external groups, exhibit a consumption behavior that conforms to public opinion or the majority in their perception, judgment, and understanding. It is a common phenomenon among most individuals. Blindly following can stifle individual motivation and creativity, so it is necessary to restrain the mentality of consumer conformity.

To study the impact of optimizing economic management paths on consumer conformity psychology from the perspective of consumer psychology, a questionnaire survey was conducted on 60 consumers. According to the survey results, consumers were divided into a control group and a path optimization group. Based on consumer behavior, an analysis of consumer conformity was conducted.

There is a significant difference in the economic management methods between the control group and the path optimization group (P<0.05). The average daily consumption amount of the control group is 110 yuan, while the average daily consumption amount of the path optimization group is 52 yuan, which is significantly lower than the control group. The frequency of herd consumption in the path optimization group is 2 times a month, while the frequency of herd consumption in the control group is 5 times a month.

Under different economic management paths, there are differences in consumer behavior, and optimizing economic management paths from the perspective of consumer psychology can effectively avoid excessive consumption.

Psychological anxiety is a component of anxiety, as opposed to physiological anxiety. Emotional experiences and behavioral abnormalities in an anxious state can cause individuals to feel afraid, worried, nervous, troubled, and even fearful or feel a sense of impending death.

To investigate the impact of integrating digital media technology into immersive animation design on psychological anxiety, a study was conducted on 52 patients with psychological anxiety, randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group, with 26 patients in each group. The control group received routine medication and psychological treatment, while the experimental group received digital media immersive animation design treatment based on the control group. The treatment period was 6 weeks. Before and after treatment, the patient’s anxiety was evaluated using the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS).

There was no significant difference in the SAS scale before treatment between the control group and the experimental group (P>0.05), indicating comparability between the two groups of patients. After treatment, there was a significant difference in the SAS scale between the control group and the experimental group (P<0.05), and the anxiety score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group.

Under different treatment schemes, the treatment effect of patients with psychological anxiety is different. Traditional medicine and psychotherapy have limitations. The psychotherapy of digital media technology combined with immersive animation design can improve clinical efficacy.

Excessive anxiety among students may lead to both psychological and physical symptoms, including significant emotional fluctuations, lack of concentration in memory, withdrawn personality, social difficulties, decreased sleep quality, decreased appetite, wild thoughts, numbness in limbs, restlessness in sitting and standing, etc.

To study the impact of optimizing the teaching system of geotechnical engineering majors in vocational colleges on students’ psychological anxiety from the perspective of educational psychology, an experiment was conducted on 50 students majoring in geotechnical engineering with psychological anxiety. The students were randomly divided into two groups, with 25 in the control group and 25 in the experimental group. The control group students received routine psychological counseling treatment, while the experimental group students received education system optimization treatment on this basis, with a treatment period of 3 months. Before and after treatment, the Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) was used for testing.

There was no significant difference in the SAS scores before treatment between the control group and the experimental group, indicating homogeneity between the two groups of students. After treatment, the SAS scores of the control group students decreased by 11 points, while the SAS scores of the experimental group students decreased by 20 points, significantly higher than the control group.

The anxiety relief effect of students with psychological anxiety varies under different treatment methods, while the effect of conventional treatment is relatively average. From the perspective of educational psychology, optimizing the teaching system of geotechnical engineering in vocational colleges can further reduce the psychological anxiety of students in this major.

Anxiety disorder, also known as anxiety neurosis, is a neurological disorder caused by anxiety, such as fear, insomnia, and anxiety. This study explores the intervention and management effects of community humanistic management combined with psychological education on patients with depression and anxiety disorder.

Based on 84 patients with anxiety disorder, there were 42 males and 42 females, and both groups of patients took the same anti-anxiety medication. The control group of patients received psychological education intervention. Two groups of patients were scored using the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale before and after intervention. The Self-Rating Anxiety Scale includes 20 items, and the symptom situation was evaluated using a 4-level scoring method. The higher the score, the more severe the anxiety situation. The results were tested using SPSS24.0 statistical software.

The difference in results was statistically significant (P<0.05). The scores of the two groups of patients before and after intervention were significantly lower than those before the intervention, and the scores of the observation group after intervention were significantly better than those of the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant. A comparison of trust and satisfaction in nursing between the two groups of patients showed that the intervention group had significantly higher trust and satisfaction in nursing quality than the control group.

By combining community humanistic management with psychological education, experience, and reference are provided for the innovation of management models for social anxiety disorder patients. Community psychological intervention has improved the depression and anxiety symptoms of anxiety disorder patients and improved their quality of life.

With the development of modern rural areas, farmers have developed anxiety, which is a reflection of the imperfect grassroots construction in rural areas. By establishing innovative and perfect grassroots systems, psychological anxiety relief is implemented for farmers. This study investigates the role of improving and innovating the working mechanism of rural grassroots communities in alleviating farmers’ psychological anxiety.

A total of 60 farmers from a certain village were selected and randomly divided into an intervention group and a control group, with 30 cases in each group. The intervention group received comprehensive psychological intervention and anxiety counseling, while the control group did not receive any treatment. The anxiety self-assessment scale scores were evaluated before and after the intervention. The results were tested using SPSS16.0 statistical software.

Before intervention, there was no statistically significant difference (P>0.05) between the two groups of subjects in the scores of the Self Rating Anxiety Scale, indicating no statistical significance; The score of the anxiety self-assessment scale in the intervention group decreased significantly before and after intervention (P<0.05), while there was no statistical difference in the score of the anxiety self-assessment scale in the control group before and after intervention (P>0.05).

The improvement and innovation of rural grassroots community work mechanisms have a good development for psychological intervention, which can effectively reduce farmers’ anxiety levels, improve patients’ quality of life, and have a good effect on farmers’ enthusiasm for life and mental health. It is worth further promoting.

Under the socialist market economy system, the rapid development of enterprise management has significantly impacted the psychological health of audiences such as employees and consumers. This study analyzes the factors related to the impact of enterprise management and market economy development on audience psychological anxiety.

This research systematically sampled 100 employees from a specific enterprise to administer a questionnaire measuring their anxiety levels concerning the enterprise’s management landscape before and after a distinct period of market economy development. Pre- and post-evaluation encompassed self-assessment scale scores for anxiety. The acquired data were subjected to statistical analysis using SPSS 24.0 software.

The results showed that the statistical difference was P<0.05 and statistically significant. Before and after development, employees’ anxiety scores toward enterprise management significantly increased (P<0.05) compared to the scores on the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale before and after the intervention.

Comprehending and investigating the dual impact of the market economy on the psychological well-being of individuals holds significant theoretical and practical significance. This endeavor aids in fostering accurate perspectives on employment and consumption, nurturing robust psychological attributes among audience members, and facilitating the enduring advancement of both enterprises and the market economy.

Anxiety psychology is a component of anxiety and a common psychological phenomenon. Individuals in an anxious state feel scared, nervous, or even frightened. Consumers are more likely to experience anxiety when facing transactions with large amounts of money. Alleviating consumer anxiety is beneficial for enhancing consumer trust in businesses, establishing a good brand image, and reflecting the professional level of employees in the automotive after-sales service industry.

The research employed computer-based searches on Pub Med, EMBase, and the Chinese Biomedical Literature Database to gather strategies to mitigate consumer anxiety. Twenty individuals exhibiting anxiety as consumers were selected and subsequently randomly divided into two groups. One group received enhanced after-sales services, while the other received standard ones. Meta-analysis of various indicators was conducted utilizing RevMan 5.20 software.

According to the results of the meta-analysis, improving after-sales service after the transaction is completed is significantly more effective in alleviating consumer anxiety than not improving after-sales service, with a statistically significant difference (RR=1 26, 95% CI=1.07-1 49, P=0.006), indicating that improving the level of automotive after-sales service has a specific effect on alleviating consumer anxiety.

Consumer anxiety is an essential factor affecting transaction completion. To increase market share in the automotive industry, adequate measures must be taken to improve after-sales service. Research on the impact of the domestic automotive after-sales service industry on alleviating consumer anxiety is of great significance for the development of the automotive industry.

Anxiety can seriously impact patients’ psychological and emotional well-being, and sometimes, it can also affect their physical health. Cognitive behavioral analysis is based on cognitive psychology, emphasizing the influence of individual anxiety on emotions and behavior, and is suitable for intervention and treatment of various psychological problems. Therefore, the study uses cognitive behavioral analysis to evaluate the anxiety psychology of participants in prefabricated concrete structure assembly schemes.

The study conducted an EMBase search over the past decade using keywords such as anxiety and psychotherapy to obtain data on alleviating anxiety. Thirty participants in the concrete structure assembly plan were randomly divided into two groups: one group received cognitive behavioral intervention, and the other served as the control group for four weeks. Participants were evaluated for anxiety before and after the experiment using the Self Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and the Self Rating Depression Scale (SDS).

The results showed significant differences in SAS and SDS values between the participants (P<0.05). The group receiving cognitive behavioral intervention showed a significant decrease in SAS and SDS values, while the other group showed no significant changes.

Participants’ anxiety is an essential factor affecting the smooth completion of assembly plans, and timely intervention and treatment are urgently needed. Cognitive behavioral analysis can effectively alleviate participants’ anxiety in prefabricated concrete structure assembly schemes, which is of great significance for the smooth completion of projects.

Anxiety is a painful emotional experience disproportionate to the situation, manifested as anxiety without a definite objective object and specific conceptual content. With the severe employment situation, more and more college students have become self-employed. Under the enormous pressure and risks of entrepreneurship, some college students have developed anxiety.

The Cochrane Library search was conducted on past research on entrepreneurial anxiety, using keywords such as anxiety and psychotherapy. Forty college students who started their businesses were randomly divided into two groups. One group received innovation and entrepreneurship education, while the other was the control group. Before and after the innovation and entrepreneurship education, these students were tested with electromyographic indicators and a self-rating anxiety scale.

Innovation and entrepreneurship education have a significant effect on alleviating entrepreneurial risk anxiety among college students. There is a significant difference in the post-test electromyographic indicators compared to the pre-test (t=-4.46, P<0.05), and there is a significant difference in the scores of the post-test anxiety self-assessment scale compared to the pre-test (t=-4.23, P<0.05).

The anxiety of college students is one of the critical factors affecting their entrepreneurship, and it is urgent to adopt effective methods and timely intervention and treatment in a retrograde manner. Innovation and entrepreneurship education in vocational colleges can effectively alleviate the anxiety of college students, which is of great significance for their mental health and career development.

Human resource management is an important field that directly impacts the development of enterprises and the quality of employees’ work. With the rapid growth of society and the intensification of competition, enterprises are facing more and more pressure, and employees are also under more work pressure. Therefore, optimizing the enterprise’s human resource management system to relieve the psychological pressure of new and old employees has become an urgent research topic.

Based on the analysis and dismantling of the existing human resource management model, this study improves the structural modules that can be optimized, such as the suitable working environment and resource support provided by the company, the promotion system obtained by employees, and reasonable welfare benefits. The improved and optimized human resource management mode was compared with the traditional one under the same conditions, and SPSS23.0 software was used for correlation detection. This paper explores the relieving effect of the optimal management mode on the psychological stress of employees.

The employees who accepted the optimal management mode were more satisfied, the number of employees with psychological stress decreased significantly, and the self-evaluation score was higher. The difference was significant (P<0.05). Employees who accept the traditional management mode have no noticeable effect on relieving psychological pressure and low overall satisfaction.

The optimal human resource management model proposed in this study explicitly affects the psychological pressure of new and old employees and improves job satisfaction and performance.
