Thermal Wave Characterization of Glass-Bonded Alumina
Published online by Cambridge University Press: 21 February 2011
Abstract
We present the results of a study of glass-bonded Al2O3 with controlled composition and particle size using photoacoustic thermal wave nondestructive evaluation. Experimental results are related to particle size, density, porosity, and thermal properties of the materials.
