The paper gives a rigorous and purely formal derivation for the relationship between the “nonrotating” origin and the x-axis of the Qt system, i.e., the true equator system. Neglecting nutation, a nonrotatingorigin could also be achieved by putting m=0 in the formula for the time derivative of right ascension.
