1372 – Facebook Addiction In Mexico: a Case Report

We evaluated a female patient, without previus psychyatric in our hospital wich actual problem was her facebook addiction. We applicated The Bergen Facebook Scale (BFAS) comprises six statements which are meant to be answered with

  1. (1) Very rarely

  2. (2) Rarely

  3. (3) Sometimes

  4. (4) Often, and

  5. (5) Very Often.

Answering with a 4 or above for four or more of the following statements may suggest an addiction to Facebook. She got and initial score 88. We started pharmacology treatment an CBT. This investigation is a case report. Facebook Addiction is a type of new mental problem at our times.
