Due to outdated work concepts and unscientific performance evaluations, the enthusiasm of university faculty members is not high, and some faculty members experience work anxiety, which affects the normal operation of work. The traditional human resource management system can no longer meet the needs of human resource management in universities and needs to be optimized. In order to stimulate the work enthusiasm of faculty and alleviate their psychological anxiety, research is being conducted to optimize the human resource management system in universities.

The study selected 60 employees with work anxiety and divided them into a control group and an intervention group, with a total of 30 individuals. The former adopts a traditional human resource management system, while the latter adopts an optimized human resource management system with a duration of 6 months. Employees were evaluated using indicators such as the Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA), and SPSS23.0 software was used for data processing.

After 6 months, there was a significant difference in work psychological anxiety between the two groups of teaching staff. Compared with the control group, the HAMA score of the intervention group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.01).

It needs to optimize the human resource management system in universities, improve performance evaluation methods, stimulate the enthusiasm of faculty, and ensure that their efforts are treated fairly, then resulting in a significant improvement in their work anxiety.

In today’s fast-paced, technology-oriented business environment, anxiety among young people arising from work-related stress is a growing concern. The use of computer information processing techniques has been identified as a potential intermediary in alleviating this anxiety. Computer information processing technique has a potential mediating role in alleviating young people’s work stress and anxiety, but comprehensive intervention is still needed to integrate other factors to improve their mental health and professional life quality.

The study involved a population of young workers exhibiting anxiety symptoms due to work-related stress. The Stanford Acute Stress Response Questionnaire (SASRQ) and the 3-min Confusion Assessment Scale (3D-CAM) were utilized to measure participants’ stress and anxiety levels pre-and-post intervention. The intervention involved the implementation of computer information processing techniques in their work routine. The outcomes were statistically analyzed using SPSS 23.0.

After the application of computer information processing techniques, a significant reduction in SASRQ and 3D-CAM scores was observed, indicating decreased levels of work stress anxiety among the population. In addition, as a result of being able to manage tasks more efficiently, participants reported increased job satisfaction and improved work-life balance.

The results underscore the potential of computer information processing techniques in alleviating work-induced stress anxiety among young employees. Such techniques not only provide improved work efficiency but could also contribute to better mental health among the youth workforce.

With the rapid development of the Internet, psychiatric patients are inevitably exposed to related applications of digital finance. The research will explore the impact of digital finance applications on the quality of life of patients with organic mental disorders under drug intervention.

The study will select 98 patients with organic mental disorders admitted to a certain hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 as the data for the study. The patients will be randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, and the improvement of the total quality of life score (SQLS) of patients who are not exposed to digital financial applications, one month and three months after exposure, with and without drug intervention, will be calculated.

The total SQLS scores of patients who underwent drug intervention were higher than those of corresponding patients who did not undergo drug intervention; Among patients who underwent drug intervention, after 1 month and 3 months of exposure to digital finance applications, the total SQLS score was lower than that of the control group; The total SQLS score of patients in the observation group was lower than before exposure to digital finance applications; After 3 months of comprehensive nursing, the total SQLS score of the patient was significantly lower than that after 1 month of comprehensive nursing intervention.

Under drug intervention, exposure to digital finance applications can affect the quality of life of patients with organic mental disorders, and the impact becomes more pronounced with the extension of exposure time. In clinical psychiatric care, patients should reasonably arrange the duration of exposure to digital finance applications.

With the rapid development of the market economy, the competition between enterprises has become increasingly fierce, and the pressure on sales management personnel has become even greater. In response to this psychological problem, the study proposed a combination of positive psychological intervention and Morita therapy.

A total of 1600 experimental subjects were selected from the sales management of 100 small and medium-sized enterprises and divided into two groups based on the average number of people. The experimental group received positive psychological intervention combined with Morita therapy, while the control group received traditional psychological disorder treatment. The entire treatment period was 6 months. After completion, the Symptom Checklist SCL-90 was used to evaluate the symptoms of all personnel, and SPSS23.0 software was used to statistically analyze the results.

The statistical results show that the experimental group of students showed significant improvements in their ideological cognition, emotional control, and work attitude. The negative emotions of management personnel decreased by about 34%。

The research results indicate that positive psychological intervention combined with Morita therapy has a significant therapeutic effect on mood disorders in management personnel, which can improve their mental health level and work performance. It is recommended that enterprises strengthen positive psychological intervention and the application of Morita therapy in employee mental health management.

In the current mode of higher education, students’ attention in class is generally flawed, which seriously affects teaching order and efficiency, and brings many troubles to students’ learning and teachers’ teaching. The aim of this study is to optimize the impact of attention deficit on students’ development by combining a teaching model in universities based on cognitive psychology.

The study selected 2000 college students from three universities in a certain city as the experimental subjects. They were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group based on the number of people. The experimental group adopted a teaching model combining cognitive psychology, while the control group adopted a traditional teaching model. The experimental duration was one semester. Conners Rating Scales was used to evaluate the attention deficit disorder of all students, and SPSS23.0 software was used to statistically analyze the results.

The research results indicate that the experimental group of students showed significant improvements in class attention, learning status, and satisfaction with efficient teaching, with a 25% increase in classroom learning efficiency.

The statistical research results indicate that the college teaching model combined with cognitive psychology has a significant effect on improving students’ attention deficit, providing new ideas for efficient classroom teaching models. It is recommended that universities strengthen the application of cognitive psychology in student teaching management.

In today’s society with enormous work and study pressures, people’s mental health issues are increasingly receiving attention. Bipolar disorder is one of the serious mental illnesses that has a significant impact on patients’ lives and mental health. This study aims to explore the impact of ideological and political education combined with psychological care on patients with bipolar disorder.

The study selected 200 patients with bipolar disorder as the experimental subjects and randomly divided them into an experimental group and a control group, with 100 patients in each group. The experimental group received treatment with ideological and political education combined with psychological care, while the control group received traditional psychological intervention treatment for a duration of 6 months. After completion, the patient’s symptoms were evaluated using the Bipolar Disorder Control Scale and the results were statistically analyzed using SPSS23.0 software.

The research results showed that patients in the experimental group showed significant improvements in emotional control and the attitudes toward work and life, with an overall decrease of 20% in depression and arrogance levels.

The research results indicate that combining ideological and political education with psychological care is an effective comprehensive intervention method that can improve the overall rehabilitation level of patients with bipolar disorder, and is worth promoting and applying in clinical practice.

Individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) often exhibit difficulties in socialization and communication, especially in emotional understanding. These challenges not only affect their relationships with peers and families, but may also impact their learning and daily life. The aim of the study was to investigate the effectiveness of an emotionally interactive college-designed curriculum based intervention on emotional understanding for individuals with ASD, in order to help individuals with ASD better understand and express their emotions, and thus improve their social interactions and quality of life.

The study divided 130 students with ASD into an experimental group and a control group. Students in the experimental group were enrolled in a college-designed course based on emotional interaction; students in the control group were enrolled in a regular course and the experiment was maintained for one semester. The study used the Reading the Mind in the Eyes Test (RMET), a mental health measurement scale, to assess patients’ understanding of emotions.

Students in the experimental group had significantly higher emotional comprehension scores at the end of the experiment than before the experiment began (P < 0.05), as well as significantly higher emotional comprehension scores at the end of the experiment than students in the control group (P < 0.05).

A college-designed curriculum based on emotional interaction helps students with autism to make emotional understanding and produce positive effects for intervention treatment for students with autism.

In recent years, the psychological anxiety problem among preschool children has received widespread attention from parents, educators, and researchers. From learning pressure to social interaction with peers, these factors can all lead to the accumulation of psychological stress, resulting in psychological anxiety. Art painting is seen as a way to facilitate individual emotional expression and psychological adjustment, providing children with a stress-free environment where they can freely express their emotions and thoughts without worrying about being judged or misunderstood. The research aims to explore the impact of art painting on the psychological anxiety of contemporary preschool children from the perspective of art psychology.

The study randomly divided 88 preschool children with psychological anxiety into an experimental group and a control group. The control group received routine intervention, while the experimental group received art painting from the perspective of art psychology on the basis of routine intervention. The study used the Preschool Anxiety Scale (PAS) to assess the level of psychological anxiety in preschool children.

After the experiment, the psychological anxiety scores of the experimental group children were significantly lower than before (P<0.05), and meanwhile significantly lower than the psychological anxiety scores of the control group students after the experiment (P<0.05).

From the perspective of art psychology, art painting has a positive and positive effect on alleviating psychological anxiety in preschool children, and can serve as an auxiliary means of intervention.

Due to pressure from academic competition and future career planning, anxiety disorder has become one of the most common psychological problems among college students. Anxiety disorder not only affects their learning outcomes, but also causes interference in their daily lives. Psychological health education aims to help students understand and manage their emotions, while ideological and political education focuses on cultivating students’ values, worldviews, and outlook on life. The research aims to explore the effectiveness of combining mental health education with ideological and political education in the treatment of anxiety disorder in students.

The study randomly divided 164 college students with psychological anxiety into an experimental group and a control group. The control group received routine ideological and political education, while the experimental group received a combination of mental health education and ideological and political education. The experiment lasted for three months. The study used the Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) to evaluate the intervention of anxiety disorders in students.

Before the experiment, there was no significant difference in anxiety scores between the two groups of students (P>0.05); After last month, the anxiety symptoms of the experimental group students were significantly improved and significantly lower than those of the control group students (P<0.05).

The combination of mental health and ideological and political education can effectively alleviate students’ psychological anxiety and provide a positive impact on their learning and life.

Music education, as a special form of art education, has a unique function of aesthetic education and psychological guidance. However, its specific impact on reducing students’ psychological anxiety has not received sufficient attention and research.

A randomized controlled experimental design was adopted in this study. 200 college students were selected as research objects and randomly divided into an intervention group and a control group, 100 in each group. The intervention group received a semester of music education, including learning music theory knowledge, participating in choir, receiving music therapy and other activities, while the control group maintained regular learning. Both groups of students were asked to complete the anxiety self-rating scale before and after the experiment to evaluate the change of their psychological anxiety level. The statistical software is SPSS23.0.

After the experiment, the self-rating anxiety scale score of the intervention group was significantly lower than that before the experiment, and significantly lower than that of the control group. Further data analysis shows that music education has a significant effect on reducing students’ psychological anxiety.

From the perspective of aesthetic education psychology, music education can effectively reduce the psychological anxiety of college students. This may be related to the fact that music education can provide a good emotional outlet, enhance students’ self-cognition and self-efficacy, and thus improve their psychological state.

In the era of information explosion, information flow advertising has become an important way for enterprises to interact with consumers, but its impact on consumer anxiety has not been fully studied. The purpose of this study is to explore the guiding effect of information flow advertising creative design on consumer anxiety.

The participants were randomly divided into an intervention group and a control group. The intervention group received innovative information flow advertising design, including personalized recommendation, creative graphic design, etc. The control group received regular information stream advertising. A week after receiving the AD, all participants completed a consumer anxiety scale as a post-test. In addition, participants’ personal background information, such as age, gender, education, etc. was collected in the study to control for possible confounding factors. The statistical software is SPSS23.0.

The results showed that participants in the intervention group had significantly lower levels of consumer anxiety compared to the control group. After controlling for personal background, the creative design of information flow ads remained a significant predictor of consumer anxiety levels.

The creative design of information flow advertising can effectively reduce consumer anxiety and provide a new theoretical basis for advertising design. Future research should further explore the specific influence mechanism and application scope of creative advertising design, in order to provide more scientifically based guidance and suggestions for the advertising industry.

In the current educational environment, the cognitive function of depressed students has become a focus of attention. Art teaching, as a creative and expressive form of education, may have a positive impact on the cognitive function of depressed students. This study aims to explore the effect of flipped classroom teaching mode on the cognitive function of depressed students in art teaching.

A randomized controlled trial design was adopted in the study. Flipped classroom teaching mode was adopted for art teaching in the intervention group. Students learned independently before class and conducted in-depth discussion and practical operation in class. The control group received the traditional face-to-face teaching mode. The study involved 100 middle school students diagnosed with depression, with an average age of 15. All participants had their cognitive function assessed before and after the study. The analysis software is SPSS23.0.

The research results showed that after the intervention of flipped classroom teaching mode, the cognitive function of depressed students in the intervention group was significantly improved, including attention, memory and executive function, and the difference was statistically significant compared with the control group. In addition, the depression symptoms of the students in the intervention group were also alleviated to a certain extent.

The application of flipped classroom teaching mode in art teaching can effectively improve the cognitive function of depressed students, and also have a certain effect on their depression symptoms.

Educational environments are evolving, recognizing that language acquisition extends beyond the science of linguistics and spans broader dimensions of sociocultural understanding. In the realm of German language education, there exists a marked effect of cultural factors on teaching strategies and student performance, which in turn influences cross-cultural anxiety. This study investigates the integration of cultural factors into the curriculum and pedagogy to alleviate cross-cultural anxiety, thus fostering a more conducive learning landscape for German language students.

The study incorporated a mixed-subjects design involving both students and teachers of German language courses across various educational institutions. These participants were selected based on their exposure to German language learning environments. The Foreign Language Classroom Anxiety Scale (FLCAS) and the Sociocultural Adaptability Scale were employed as the primary data collection tools. These standardized scales served to quantify the perceived levels of cross-cultural anxiety and the extent of cultural factor integration in the pedagogy. The collected data was rigorously analyzed using the statistical software, SPSS23.0.

The analysis of the collected data showed a compelling pattern. There was a significant correlation between the extent of cultural factor integration in teaching methodologies and the levels of cross-cultural anxiety among the students. As the implementation of culturally integrative teaching strategies increased, the foreign language anxiety experienced by learners decreased accordingly. This observational pattern was consistent across the various educational institutions involved in the study.

The research validates the import of cultural integration in alleviating cross-cultural anxiety. Incorporating such strategies could potentially enhance the efficacy of German language teaching.

Acute stress disorder (ASD) is a prevalent mental health issue that impairs an individual’s ability to adapt to a traumatic event. This study aims to investigate the intervention effects of perceptual behavioral psychotherapy (PBP) combined with community quality services on patients with ASD.

The study employed a randomized controlled trial design. A total of 100 participants diagnosed with ASD were randomly assigned to two groups: the intervention group and the control group. The intervention group received PBP and community quality services, while the control group received standard care. The Stanford Acute Stress Response Questionnaire (SASRQ) and the 3-min Confusion Assessment Scale (3D-CAM) were used to assess the participants’ anxiety levels and cognitive functioning, respectively. Data analysis was performed using SPSS23.0 software.

The results showed a significant reduction in anxiety levels in the intervention group compared to the control group (P < 0.05). Cognitive functioning, as measured by the 3D-CAM, significantly improved in the intervention group (P < 0.05). Moreover, the intervention group reported higher levels of satisfaction with the community quality services received.

Perceptual behavioral psychotherapy combined with community quality services demonstrated positive intervention effects on patients with ASD. The findings suggest that this integrated approach has the potential to improve anxiety levels and cognitive functioning in individuals with ASD. These results highlight the importance of incorporating comprehensive support systems into the treatment of ASD to facilitate recovery and enhance overall well-being. Further research is recommended to validate and generalize these findings.

Social anxiety disorder (SAD) among adolescents is a significant mental health concern that can hinder their social and emotional development. This study explores the positive effects of a psychosocial therapy model based on the news media context for treating social anxiety disorder in adolescents.

A randomized controlled trial design was employed, involving 120 adolescents diagnosed with SAD. Participants were divided into two groups: the intervention group and the control group. The intervention group received the psychosocial therapy model based on the news media context, while the control group received standard treatment. The Stanford Acute Stress Response Questionnaire (SASRQ) and the 3-min Confusion Assessment Scale (3D-CAM) were utilized to assess anxiety levels and cognitive functioning, respectively. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS23.0 software.

The results indicated significant reductions in anxiety levels within the intervention group compared to the control group (P< 0.05). Furthermore, cognitive functioning, as assessed by the 3D-CAM, showed significant improvement in the intervention group (P< 0.05). Participants in the intervention group reported increased self-confidence, improved social skills, and decreased social anxiety symptoms.

The psychosocial therapy model based on the news media context demonstrated positive effects in the treatment of social anxiety disorder among adolescents. The findings suggest that incorporating news media scenarios into therapy can enhance the overall treatment outcomes, including anxiety reduction and cognitive improvement. This integrated approach has the potential to positively impact adolescents’ social functioning and emotional well-being. Further research is warranted to validate and expand upon these findings.

The prevalence and impact of depression among college students have become an important issue requiring innovative interventions. To address this challenge, this paper proposes an interactive teaching model for tourism management degrees as a strategy to alleviate depression among students. This interactive teaching model provides an active, engaging and meaningful learning experience. This model aims to help students reduce symptoms of depression through the design and implementation of the Tourism Management degree programmer.

The non-randomized controlled study involved students enrolled in Tourism Management courses, selected based on the criteria of demonstrated depressive symptoms. Depression levels were measured using the Stanford Acute Stress Response Questionnaire (SASRQ) and the 3-min Confusion Assessment Scale (3D-CAM). The acquired data were analyzed using the SPSS 23.0 statistical package.

Students exposed to the interactive teaching mode showed a significant decrease in SASRQ and 3D-CAM scores, and there was a significant difference in score changes compared to students who received the traditional teaching mode (P<0.05). It is worth noting that the interactive teaching group has a higher level of classroom participation and subjective well-being.

The use of interactive teaching models in Tourism Management courses demonstrates promising effectiveness in alleviating student depression. This innovative approach could be vital for mental health promotion in universities, potentially transforming educational pedagogy.

Schizophrenia is a concern among young people, including college students. This paper puts forward the positive impacts of computer network security education from a psychological perspective. By understanding young people’s cognitive, psychological factors and learning preferences, we can provide them with more effective and targeted network security education to help them establish good network security habits.

Participants were university students identified with schizophrenia symptoms. Utilizing the Stanford Acute Stress Response Questionnaire (SASRQ) and the 3-min Confusion Assessment Scale (3D-CAM), symptoms were evaluated before and after the introduction of computer network security education. Results were analyzed using the SPSS23.0 software package.

Post-intervention, a notable decrease in SASRQ and 3D-CAM scores was observed, implying decreased schizophrenia symptoms. In addition, improved cognitive function and group participation were documented among students engaged with computer network security education. These observations suggest that through this intervention and computer network security education, we can effectively improve symptoms in students with schizophrenia and enhance students’ cognitive abilities and group engagement.

The integration of computer network security education into the university curriculum posed substantive positive effects on students with schizophrenia. This highlights the potential of such targeted curricular interventions in contributing to mental health wellness among university students.

With the development of modern education, the psychological stress of young teachers in colleges and universities has been highly emphasized.

The research will start from three aspects: performance management system, human resource planning, and teacher career management in the human resource management system of universities. In response to the psychological pressure of teachers, five universities will be selected to analyze and study the current situation of human resource management in universities through a combination of survey questionnaires and interviews. The existing problems and reasons will be analyzed. Based on the analysis results, effective optimization plans will be proposed for the human resource management system in universities.

The results indicate that the main reasons for the psychological pressure of university teachers are the adherence to regulations in the human resource management system, the lack of quantitative accumulation of human resource data, and the neglect of teacher career management. Based on the analysis results, the study designed optimization plans from the aspects of human resource strategic planning system, salary and welfare management system, and teacher career management system. At the same time, the study also established relevant implementation guarantee measures based on the optimization plan to ensure the feasibility of the optimization plan for the human resource management system.

Language is an important tool for human thinking and communication, and language disorder is one of the core symptoms of autism. This paper aims to examine the effects of English full immersion use in an English classroom learning environment on facilitating language acquisition performance and language disorders in autistic students. In addition, the paper also seeks to analyze the potential impact of immersive learning on their language ability and communication skills.

60 autistic students from a school in Chengdu were randomly selected, and 30 were randomly assigned to the experimental group and the control group. The experimental group used English classroom immersive learning, while the control group adopted the traditional bilingual teaching mode. The whole experiment lasted for 32 weeks, and the spontaneous language frequency and semantic accuracy of autistic students were recorded in both groups.

According to the pre-post recording, the spontaneous language frequency and semantic accuracy rate of the students in the experimental group were significantly different from the comparison before the experiment (P<0.05), and there was no significant difference between the results in the control group (P>0.05).

The spontaneous language frequency and semantic accuracy of autistic students with English classroom immersive learning improved significantly one week after the beginning of the experiment, and were significantly higher than that of traditional bilingual teaching in the first week. Explain that immersive learning in English class has a potential positive impact on language barriers in autistic students. The findings of this study promise to improve educational and therapeutic approaches to promote language development of students with autism.
