Summary
One of the key tasks for any global training work is supervision. For this reason, I am particularly proud of the Royal College of Psychiatrists and Challenges Worldwide’s (NGO) three-month Ghana volunteer programme[1] as we have had supervision with every volunteer since 2007 as well as pre-orientation and debriefing afterwards.
