Abbreviations in the Bibliography follow those of L’Année Philologique; editions of Greek inscriptions follow the abbreviations of the Supplementum Epigraphicum Graecum; editions of papyri follow the abbreviations in the Checklist of Editions of Greek, Latin, Demotic, and Coptic Papyri, Ostraca, and Tablets (http://papyri.info/docs/checklist); references to literary works by ancient authors follow the abbreviations and standards of Liddell, Scott and Jones, A Greek-English Lexicon and of the Oxford Classical Dictionary (4th ed.).
