Summary
In many countries, social rights in relation to formal and informal care have been expanded despite tight state budgets. In Chapter Fourteen, the role of political actors in relation to this policy change will be analysed, and the relationship between cultural change and policy change will be examined. In the final concluding chapter, it will be shown how the findings of the book contribute to the further development of the academic discussions on ‘care’.
