Summary

During my tenure as Risk Control Administrator/Corporate Risk Manager I appeared as the representative of the grocery store chain at Workers' Compensation hearings, at Examinations Before Trial, and even at the Supreme Court as part of the defense. I initiated the implementation of the processing and payment of small medical only (first aid) workers' compensation claims through our office instead of through our Workers' Compensation Insurance Carrier saving the company hundreds of thousands of dollars.

From Great American/Victory Markets, Inc., I went to work for Riedman Insurance as a Marketing Specialist and Claims Manager. The Riedman Corporation is one of the 25 largest insurance firms in the nation, and one of the top ten privately held brokerages in the country. Over 100,000 business clients have chosen Riedman Insurance to offer them protection for their financial needs. Through its branch network of over 72 offices in 15 states, the corporation serves governments, businesses, and individuals alike. I work in the Endicott, New York office where a team of over 13 professionals serve clients of all sizes and circumstances.

As a Marketing Specialist I work with the Account Executives to provide a highly analytical, step-by-step methodology that ensures each business the best possible risk management plan. I prepare detailed insurance specifications for the client and market the client's insurance program with the insurance companies we represent. Riedman's national presence results in a unique working relationship with more than 150 different insurers.
