Under the leadership of Warren Allmon over the past 23 years, the PRI has been a leader in education and public outreach. Notably, PRI has developed and constructed its cutting-edge Museum of the Earth and expanded its educational staff. PRI supports the efforts of science teachers nationally through hosting and presenting numerous workshops, as well as developing a spectrum of educational publications. PRI has also expanded its funding opportunities that support the work of undergraduates, graduate students, and postdocs.
