1 Toward this effort, Greenpeace is helping to organize a “Roundtable Conference” on a Fifth Geneva Convention to be held in London on June 3. Other conference organizers included: The Center for Defence Studies in London and the London School of Economics. Participants will include members of nongovernmental organizations, international organizations, the government sector, and academic institutions. Experts from various fields such as environmental and military policy and the international law community are expected to attend.
