Preparation and Use of Needles and Micropipets for Handling Very Small Particles

Extract
To successfully isolate 1-100 μm samples for microscopical examination or analysis, one needs a good set of microtools, with the most essential being the needle and the micropipet. This paper will describe how to make them and how they are used to solve various sample preparation problems.
