The Effects of Notensil in Chronic Mental Illness

Another “tranquillizing” drug known as “Notensil” has recently been introduced to this country. It is a phenothiazine derivative, acetylpromazine, closely related chemically to chlorpromazine but without the chlorine atom which has been thought to cause the undesirable side effects of the promazine group.
