[As of May 24, 1979, 25 countries had become signatories. With the European Communities counted as 9, the others are Argentina, Australia, Austria, Bulgaria, Canada, Czechoslovakia, Finland, Hungary, Japan, New Zealand, Norway, Romania, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United States.
[The code on subsidies and countervailing duties at I.L.M. page 579 was signed by all of the above parties ,with the exception of Czechos lovakia. Argentina and Spain signed with reservations.
[The anti-dumping code at I.L.M. page 621 was signed by all of the above parties , with the exception of Argentina and Bulgaria.Czechoslov akia ,Hungary, and Romania signed with respect to both alternative texts mentioned in the proces verbal at I.L.M. page 579.]
