Extract

The Israeli–Turkish entente, which has been in place for about half a century, has generated a vast literature over the course of its life. The literature has been of varying quality. Some of the literature has extolled the virtues of the entente, while some has condemned it as contributing to the tensions in the Middle East. Yet other writings believe that it will not last.
