A new species of Abgrallaspis Balachowsky (Homoptera, Coccoidea, Diaspididae) from a nursery in England causing leaf-spotting on orchids

Abgrallaspis pictor is described as new from specimens collected on Cymbidium sp.in a nursery in England. It damages the plants by causing leaf-spotting. The orchid plants were collected in North India in 1968.
