4 Acceptance of Chapter II, has, therefore, the same effect as acceptance of the Optional Clause subject to (i) the possibility of the parties availing themselves of the two alternative procedures mentioned above and (ii) a difference of wording, which is not considered to be material, between the definitions of justiciable disputes in the two instruments.
