Summary

Training and accreditation in POCUS varies widely in the expected standards and level of expertise. In some countries there is increasing exposure for undergraduates whereas others it is solely a postgraduate discipline. The momentum and interest in POCUS is increasing around the world and many colleges, societies and academies are implementing new and novel pathways to suit their discipline.
