Summary
For many, single best answer (SBA) questions represent a novel mode of testing, and with new concepts often come concern and anxiety. The best way to alleviate these feelings is through familiarisation and preparation.
Working through large textbooks can be laborious and time-consuming, and can often leave one feeling that they have achieved very little. What's needed is a book that provides the FRCR candidate with a breadth of knowledge through a myriad of examination practice questions that are supported with concise yet accurate answers.
This is where this book excels!
With 360 ‘life-like’ examination questions which cover the key concepts of each of the six Part 2A modules, this book is a must for all FRCR candidates. New modalities and their increasing role in the management of patients are addressed. What's more, because each question encompasses a new radiological scenario and is accompanied by reasoned answers, the reader is quickly left with a sense of achievement during their exam revision.
This book is perfect for ‘sneaking’ revision into busy working lives and for those candidates who demand more, the references that accompany the answers permit further knowledge acquisition.
An abundance of practice questions and detailed answers with references! This book is an essential FRCR revision companion.
