Summary

A 42-year old woman presented with a history of painless swelling of 2 years duration in the right nasal vestibulum. The nodule had been gradually increasing in size and for two months prior had caused nasal obstruction. No nasal discharge or bleeding had been noted by the patient. On physical examination, the lesion was 1.5 cm in size, soft, fluctuating, and non-tender. Upon CT imaging, the nodule appeared as a soft tissue density, without bone involvement. Surgical excision was performed under local anesthesia.
