Summary
My initial training as a clinical psychologist focused on understanding the impact of interpersonal violence on women’s health, including sexual functioning. This highlighted to me the complex interplay of biopsychosocial factors affecting women’s health, and drew me to an interest in understanding women’s health across reproductive stages, including in pregnancy, postpartum, and menopause.
